How do I become a wholesale account holder with Opack Packaging?

To trade at wholesale prices, customers must open a wholesale account via our homepage. This process is B2B and linked to your ABN. You’ll be prompted to enter business details and select payment terms; most choose Auto Charge or NET 7-day terms, while larger organisations can select extended options and provide references. Once submitted, our team reviews and approves your application, enabling wholesale purchasing.

How simple is ordering with Opack?

How do I place orders once my account is approved?

What are your delivery policies?

We recommend placing orders well in advance to allow time for packing and dispatch. For next-day delivery within the Metro area, please place your order before our 2:00 pm cutoff time. We deliver across Victoria, with Metro deliveries usually arriving the next day. Interstate deliveries are managed on a case-by-case basis to ensure the best possible service. Our operating hours are: Monday–Thursday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Friday: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm Please note that we are closed on weekends, public holidays, and over the Christmas period (with advance notice of closure provided).

What is the minimum order amount for delivery with Opack Packaging?

The minimum order for delivery with Opack Packaging is $100 for free delivery. For orders below $100, a $15 delivery fee applies. Your Online Order or Team Member will prompt you if you have not reached the minimum for free delivery.

What payment options do you accept?

We offer a range of convenient payment options to make things simple. You can pay by major credit card over the phone, via EFT, or set up automated direct debits - the most popular option! For extra convenience, our reminder emails include a “Pay Now” button for quick and easy settlement. We also accept AMEX — please note that applicable fees will be confirmed at the time of payment.
